Tami Butler
Tami (formally Moody), MPT graduated in May 2001 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. She joined the University Rehab team in October 2001. Besides a love for Outpatient Orthopedics, Tami also enjoys working with children and neurologically involved patients. |
Bette Hamilton
Bette, LPTA is a 1981 Graduate of North Shore Community College, Beverly, MA, with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Bette has 21 years of experience working from Neonates to the Geriatric population. She enjoys all but prefers working with outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and work conditioning. |
Maureen Rothrock
Maureen, LPTA, is a graduate of Daytona Beach Community College with an Associate of Science degree in physical therapy. She has 8 years experience including outpatient orthopedics, sub-acute care, acute care and long-term care, specializing in orthopedics. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. |

Jim Corwin
Jim, RPT is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology. He received his degree in physical therapy from Simmons College, Boston Massachusetts, an affiliate of Harvard University. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of physical therapy specializing in manual therapy and vestibular rehab for balance and dizziness disorders. He has received a certification in neurodevelopmental treatment. He enjoys working in all aspects of the therapy field. |
Connie Hayes
Connie, our Wellness Coordinator is a 2002 graduate of Daytona Beach Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She recently joined our team and is also in charge of our wellness program. Connie has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Always having a love for fitness and educating people on how to stay healthy brought her to the physical therapy industry. She also has certifications in personal training, strength training, spinning and group fitness. Her love is outpatient physical therapy and post outpatient wellness. |
Stacey Gill
Stacey, Director, LPTA graduated in 1993 from Seminole Community College with an A.S. degree in physical therapy. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. As a licensed physical therapist assistant, Stacey enjoys a varied caseload including: Orthopedic, Sports Injuries, Geriatric, Neurological and Pediatric cases. His specialty is manual therapy and the hands-on approach to treatment. Stacey's goal with University Rehabilitation is to touch as many lives as possible in a positive way, to educate the people of our community about physical therapy and what it can do for them and to treat patients consistently in such a way that they feel cared for as unique and important individuals. |
