Appointments
Patients are seen by physician referral. Please call or come by our office to schedule an appointment.
If an appointment cannot be kept, we kindly ask that you notify us prior to the scheduled appointment time so we can make arrangements to help someone else.
As a courtesy to the patient, we will file all the necessary insurance claims.
Payment for services rendered is expected unless prior arrangements are made.

What should I expect for my first visit?
Spend 1 1/2 hours in our clinic including 15 minutes of paperwork; an evaluation and treatment plan from your therapist.
How should I dress?
Exercise clothing (shorts, and t-shirt) is fine. Shorts are preferred if you have a lower extremity injury.
